Waiver Wire Week 11

Week 10 is finished and if you had Nick Chubb or went against Hopkins/Murray you may have

flipped out. Week 10 gave us some close finishes, and really showed how good Kyler Murray

really is. D’Andre Swift now seems to finally be the full time running back in Detroit, and Tua

time is real. The playoff push is here, and teams scrambling for a playoff spot need to make a

move. Trading deadlines are approaching.

RUNNING BACK

Salvon Ahmed / Dolphins / 6% rostered

This is the big add of the week! This offense is developing and Ahmed is explosive. Coach Brian Flores holds nothing back and will use the players best suited to help win games. With Ahmed's college teammate Myles Gaskin on IR, Jordan Howard's 1.7 YPC being cut, and Matt Breida still hurt, Ahmed has the opportunity to run with the job. 21 carries for 85 yards and

a touchdown to go with a catch for 5 yards screams volume. If you’re in need of a RB, this is the

back to get.

Kalen Ballage / Chargers / 19% rostered

Revenge game! Justin Jackson recently hit IR, and Austin Ekeler is still on IR, so Ballage took

over. Ekeler’s status needs monitoring, but if he misses more time, Ballage seems to be a solid

add now. The former Jet and Dolphin is doing what players do best when they leave an Adam

Gase offense, which is produce. 18 carries for 68 yards and 5 catches for 34 yards are very

decent fantasy numbers. Up next, the Jets

Nyheim Hines / Colts / 41% rostered

Alright, Jonathan Taylor is not startable. Insert Hines, who likely was dropped in your league. A

major breakout game Thursday night lands him on the list here. 12 carries for 70 yards and a

touchdown to go with 5 catches for 45 yards and another touchdown for Hines, and he is taking

away playing time from Taylor. Rivers loved his receiving backs, and Hines is looking no

different. He needs to be rostered, but don't be upset when he gets you 5 points every other week.

Cam Akers / Rams / 26% rostered

Is it time??? Akers led the Rams in carries on Sunday with 10 carries for 38 yards. He didn’t

score any of the rushing touchdowns, but it is nice to see Akers actually getting looks in the

offense. Keep an eye on this situation, as Akers has the talent to take over, he just needs the

time to do it. Akers was likely dropped in your league, and this is a real good time to check

that.

Alexander Mattison / Vikings / 36% rostered

Mattison is the backup to Cook. Last season Cook could not maintain a full season workload.

Mattison is a nice speculative add in the event Cook were to get injured. He would become a

RB1/RB2 level add if this were to happen. If you have Cook, you NEED to add Mattison.

Wayne Gallman / Giants / 50% rostered

The Giants are heading into a bye week, but with Devanta Freeman hitting IR, Gallman becomes

a must add. 18 carries for 53 yards and 2 touchdowns gives Gallman some rest of the season

value. As long as Freeman is out, Gallman is worth the add.

La’Mical Perine / Jets / 26% rostered

Word is the Jets may give Perine more looks. Makes sense given the 0-9 record, but I wouldn’t

put it past Gase to make the first play next week a HB dive up the middle for 2-3 yards with

Frank Gore. Perine is for deeper leagues only.

WIDE RECEIVER

Jakobi Meyers / Patriots / 48% rostered

If it isn’t obvious, Meyers is the WR1 in New England. Now he’s throwing a touchdown!

Meyers has really done it all and been a super under the radar pickup until now. Everyone sees

the volume, and this is the week he flies off the waivers. This week in a downpour, Meyers saw

7 targets and brought in 5 catches for 59 yards to add to the trick play TD pass. He has seen 6 or more targets his last 4 games and shows no signs of slowing down.

Allen Lazard / Packers / 42% rostered

Lazard was supposed to come off IR this past week, but that never occurred. This is the week

he may come back (or at least worth the add). Lazard needs to be rostered considering he is

playing with a future Hall of Fame QB. The last game prior to his injury, he saw 8 targets from

Rodgers. I wouldn’t start him this week, but he is a prime stash and hold candidate.

Michael Pittman Jr / Colts / 10% rostered

The USC 2 nd round rookie is starting to hit his stride. He saw 8 targets and brought in 7 catches

for 101 yards and a 21 yard rush. This marks 2 weeks in a row he saw 7 or more targets and is

showing why he got so many targets at USC. Pittman is working on his chemistry with Rivers,

and he is becoming a must add before he continues to break out.

Jalen Reagor / Eagles/ 26% rostered

Another rookie WR here who is coming back from injury. Reagor saw 7 targets and brought in 4

catches for 47 yards. His 2 games back, he has seen 6 or more targets, and in Philly, they need

help. Reagor is a flier add in hopes of a breakout which should be coming soon.

Breshad Perriman / Jets / 8% rostered

Sam Darnold is out again this week, and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the Jets held

Darnold out longer. Perriman has chemistry with Flacco, and showed it against the Patriots. 7

targets for 5 catches and 101 yards and 2 touchdowns later, Perriman almost ruined the Jets

tank! With him and Flacco developing this chemistry, Perriman makes for a sneaky good add.

Josh Reynolds / Rams / 5% rostered

Acting as the Rams WR3, Reynolds saw a total of 10!! targets for 8 catches and 94 yards. This

marks the 3 rd week in a row he has seen 8 or more targets. He has gone under the radar, and

needs to be rostered at this point. Note for dynasty owners: Reynolds is a free agent at season's end so the chance at moving into a more prominent role may be there.

Denzel Mims / Jets / 5% rostered

Mims is getting better each week and looks like a legit WR. He saw 8 targets from Flacco last

week, bringing in 4 of them for 62 yards. Mims is improving each week and is worth a flier in

deeper leagues. With the idea of Trevor Lawrence or Justin Fields being mocked to the Jets,

Mims’ dynasty value continues to rise, he'll be in the discussion for top 5 WR from this draft class.

TIGHT END

Jordan Reed / 49ers / 19% rostered

Reed played more this week and it showed. 6 targets for 5 catches and 62 yards, Reed is

working his way into the offense more and more. If you need a TE, Reed is looking like the one

to add. The 49ers are on a bye this week, so Reed is a stash play, but if you have the room and

need a TE, look no further than Reed.

Logan Thomas / 35% rostered

Alex Smith started on Sunday which is an amazing story. Smith looked Thomas’ way often. He

had 6 targets which he brought in 4 catches for 66 yards. In a full point PPR league, that’s a

double digit performance. Expect Thomas to continue to build chemistry with Alex Smith and

build his fantasy value.

Kyle Rudolph / Vikings / 5% rostered

Irv Smith was ruled out of Monday’s game, and Rudolph brought in 4 catches for 63 yards.

Depending on Smith’s status, Rudolph makes for a desperation add at TE.

Tyler Higbee / Rams / 53% rostered

Not the flashiest of adds, but one worth a flier if in need of a stream. He had 6 targets for 3

catches and 60 yards. Higbee is not a safe start by any means, but he is worth a flier if

absolutely needed.

QUARTERBACK

Jameis Winston / Saints / 2% rostered

Drew Brees is potentially out for weeks. Winston becomes a must add! With a full offense in

Kamara and Michael Thomas, expect Winston to put up decent numbers as he tries to play for a

long term role on the Saints. Tread lightly in leagues with massive INT penalties.

DEFENSE

Here at Stack Attack, streaming defenses is the only way to go . A few to consider this week

Dolphins vs Broncos

Chargers vs. Jets

Football Team vs. Bengals
